RESET Challenge  

Are you in need of a reset? Kick 2020 to the curb and join us for a six-week program designed to challenge people to grow in spirit, mind, and body beginning February 1, 2021!

How It Works
  • Y members and community members will complete a total RESET through 6 themed weeks of connection, movement, and accountability.
  • Participants will be assigned to a team that is led by a Y coach so we can keep each other accountable.
  • We'll award weekly prizes and everyone who sticks with us for the full 6-weeks will receive a t-shirt at the end!
  • All aspects of the challenge can be done VIRTUALLY!
Connection and Accountability

When you register, you'll be assigned a coach and group. This will be your touchpoint to the Y and a new circle of friends who are there to motivate and keep you accountable! Our goal is to check in with you three times each week:

  • Sunday - Email with an overview of the coming week's theme, including workout of the week and goals
  • Wednesday - Connecting with your coach
  • Friday - Facebook group discussion (Join our group here!)
