Week 4: REPLAY

WEEK 4: NO MORE ME, IT'S US.

When’s the last time you did the hokey-pokey, used a jump rope, or sat ‘Criss-Cross-Applesauce’ on the ground and combed a doll’s hair?

When’s the last time you did a puzzle, shuffled a deck of cards, or played with Legos?

Your paint set is dusty, your crochet hook is lonely, your wood-working is idol… it’s time to PLAY.

When we intentionally choose to PLAY, we engage our inner-child… the gentle, fun-loving, easy-going self that is under all those layers of work, chores, screens, and...adulting!

It’s time to replay the best parts of our childhood, bring back old joys, and find new ones as well!

Weekly Challenge     

  1. PLAY! Pick one day on your tracker and designate laughing, good times, fun, dancing, and joy.
  2. 150 minutes of movement

Weekly Workout

To help you achieve your 150 minutes each week, check out our weekly workout!

30-Minute Strength & Cardio

Before you begin:

  • Low Impact
  • Light weights optional
  • 1 minute for each exercise

Exercises:

  • Hamstring curls
  • Stationary Side Lunge with arm raise in the middle
  • Alternating knee lift with squat
  • Front straight-leg toe touches
  • Wall or Chair Pushup
  • Calf Raises
  • Rear leg raises
  • Halo Squat
  • Mini squat with twisting punch
  • Overhead Circle

How Many:

  • 20 reps
  • Repeat 2-3 times

Quality counts, great form for each rep!

Try something new! Our RESET Challenge Coaches have put together six weekly workouts for you to try during our time together. Every Sunday at 2:00 PM we'll demonstrate the workout in our Facebook group here.
