Can I Set Up an Account to Register for Programs?

We are happy to provide online program registration for Y members and program participants.

How to Access Your Account Online

• Locate your account using the "Login or Find Your Account" option above.
• Enter your email address on file at the Y or the phone number associated with the primary user on your account.
• Select "Submit”
• Enter your password. If you do not have a password or forgot yours, please select "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts on your screen.

FIRST TIME USERS (Email)

Enter the email associated with your account and click "forgot password" to receive an email to set your password.

FIRST TIME USERS (Phone Number)

• Enter the phone number associated with the person listed as the primary account holder. 
• You will be offered the option for a one-time quick code login. You will not be offered a link to reset your password.
• Log in with your one-time code and update/set your password through your online portal: "My Account" > "View Account" > "Edit Profile"

If you don’t have a valid email address connected to your Y membership, please contact your preferred branch and we will assist you. If an email is listed on more than one account or more than once on a single unit, you will not be able to set up your online account. Please contact your home branch to have the duplicate email removed.

How to View Member Payment History

This function will show paid membership dues, program registrations, and other transactions made at your Y.

• Log into system
• Click "My Account," then select "Payment History" from the dropdown menu

• Adjust dates for "View Payment History"

• Click the down arrow to the left of the date to view payment details

• To print receipts, click on the printer icon next to payment amount
• To download payments as a PDF, click "Export to PDF"

How to View Year-End Child Care Statement

If you've utilized YMCA child care at any point throughout the year (daycare, summer day camp, etc.), you can download a Year-End Child Care Statement for your taxes.

• Log into your account
• Click "My Account," then select "View Account" from the dropdown menu

• In the "Membership Billing" section, you will see an option for "Year-End Child Care Statement"

• Click this link to download your document

What Can I Access With This Account?

Once logged into your account, you can access:

• Program registration
• Review/Update billing method
• Make Payments
• Review/Update address and email

Please call or stop by your preferred branch to access the following as they are not available online:

• Change your membership type
• Add/Remove members to your account
• Place your account on hold
• Terminate your account
• Begin a new account
• Reactivate your account

What are my Login Credentials?

To login to your online account, please use the email address or phone number associated with your YMCA account. 

• To reset your password, view "I Forgot My Password."
• If you are new to the Y, view "Can I Set Up an Account to Register for Programs?"
• If you need to access your account for the first time, view "How to Access Your Online Account."

How to Reset Password

Forgot your password? It happens! You can reset it yourself via the email or phone number attached to your account, or by calling or stopping by the member service desk at your preferred location. Password resets will only work for those who currently or previously utilized YMCA services.

• Enter the email or phone number associated with your YMCA account
• Please note, if you enter your phone number, you will only be offered the option for a one-time quick code login. You will not be offered a link to reset your password. If you log in with your one-time code, you can update your password through your online portal by selecting "My Account" > "View Account" > "Edit Profile"

• After our system recognizes your email or phone number, it will take you to a login page. Select "Forgot Password."

• Choose to reset your password or be sent a one-time code for a quick login

• If you are still having issues logging in, please contact the member service team at your preferred branch to have your password reset.

Do I Have to Be a Current Member to Register for Programs Online?

No! Anyone who has recently been a member or participated in YMCA programs has an account in our online system. If not already in our YMCA system, please join as a Non-Member on our "Join Online" page to register for programs. When registering someone 12 and under, a parent or guardian must register first as the Primary Adult. Please call or stop by the Y if you need assistance.
