Birthday Parties & Facility Rentals

Birthday Parties

Birthday parties may be booked on Saturdays at any of the YMCA branches. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due upon booking. Parties must be booked at the YMCA.

Renter Responsibilities

Renter is responsible for decor, plates, cups, tablecloths, etc.

Pool Guidelines

Two lifeguards are included for parties utilizing the pool and accommodates 25 guests. For each additional 25 guests, $40 lifeguard fee will be applied. 

Party Coordinator

A YMCA staff member will be on-site at your party for questions and set-up assistance.

Facility Rentals

After hours rentals are available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays after the Y closes. Fees charged by hours and area.

    AM for a maximum of 200 guests. Includes two hours in the pool with two
    lifeguards, gymnasium (volleyball and basketball equipment provided), and
    lobby (no cardio/weight room access). A max of 50 people in and around the
    pool are allowed at one time.
    • 6 Hours with less than 50 people - $900
    • 6 Hours with more than 50 people - $1,200
    • 10 Hours with less than 50 people - $1,200
    • 10 Hours with more than 50 people - $1,800

Overnight Rentals

Benton Harbor-St. Joseph YMCA

Includes pool (8:00-10:00 PM) with two lifeguards, both gymnasiums, racquetball courts, and lobby. A max of 50 people in and around the pool are allowed at one time.

Niles-Buchanan YMCA

Includes two hours in the pool with two lifeguards, gymnasium (volleyball and basketball equipment provided), and lobby. A max of 50 people in and around the pool are allowed at one time.
