This instructional, small-group class teaches women proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique, and routine. The goals are to assist women in improving posture, increasing strength, and losing body mass. For ages 18+.
Each session provides a routine that includes information on proper form and how to safely use the equipment, and each session will focus on a new muscle group.
