Every March, we celebrate YMCA Day of Giving, a one-day event to show your support for the Y and the incredible programs that help strengthen our community. This year, we have expanded the celebration to an entire week!
Join us the week of Feb. 28-March 5 as we kick off our Annual Campaign with a Week of Giving. Celebrate with fun events at our three fitness facilities all three branches, including the return of Soup Night! Visit us at our table in the lobby, learn about our impact and donate to be entered to win fun prizes!
Week of Giving Event Schedule
Set the tone for the week and enjoy free coffee and water in the lobby. Share what motivates you on social media and tag us!
Tuesday (Day of Giving)
Oh no! Your favorite Y Staff and Board Members are trapped riding bikes in the lobby and must collect donations to get off! Events set for 8:00-9:00 AM and 5:00-6:00 PM.
No judgment here! Dress wacky head to toe, or wear a silly hat, shirt or tutu.
Thursday (National Soup it Forward Day)
Soup Night returns to all branches from 5:00-7:00 PM. Enjoy a bowl on us!
Wear your best 80s workout attire, or dig that old YMCA t-shirt out of your closet. Share your flashback Y photos on social media and tag us!
Saturday Fitness Party
Join us for a Group Fitness Party at YMCA O'Brien Center. Try 20-minute demos of our most popular classes. Free and open to the public. All fitness levels welcome. Donations encouraged!
