Once logged into your account, you can access:

• Reactivate/Create your membership
• Program registration & billing (including scheduled payments)
• Review/Update billing method
• Make Payments 
• Review/Update contact information
• Add/Remove members to your account
• Review/Download Year-End tax statements
  • Child care
  • Donation history
• Terminate your account

Please call or stop by your preferred branch to access the following as they are not available online:

• Place your account on hold
• Change your membership type

• Locate your account using the by logging in HERE.
• Enter your email address on file at the Y or the phone number associated with the primary user on your account.
• Select "Submit”
• Enter your password. If you do not have a password or forgot yours, please select "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts on your screen.

FIRST TIME USERS 

• Enter the phone number associated with the person listed as the primary account holder or your email address. 
• You will be offered the option for a one-time code login. You will not be offered a link to reset your password.
• Log in with your one-time code and update/set your password through your online portal in Settings by clicking the gear icon.
  

If you don’t have a valid email address connected to your Y membership, please contact your preferred branch and we will assist you. If an email is listed on more than one account or more than once on a single unit, you will not be able to set up your online account. Please contact your home branch to have the duplicate email removed.

We are happy to provide online program registration for Y members and program participants.

Do I have to be a member to register for programs?
No! Anyone who has recently been a member or participated in YMCA programs has an account in our online system. If not already in our YMCA system, please join as a Non-Member on our "Join Online" page to register for programs. When registering someone 12 and under, a parent or guardian must register first as the Primary Adult. Please call or stop by the Y if you need assistance. To access your account, please view "How to Access Your Account Online."

This function will show paid membership dues, program fees, and other transactions made at your Y.

• Log into system
• Scroll down to "Billing"
• Select "History"

• Adjust dates for "View Payment History"

• Click the down arrow to the left of the date to view payment details

• To print receipts, click on the printer icon next to payment amount
• To download payments as a PDF, click "Export to PDF"

If you've donated or utilized YMCA child care at any point throughout the year (daycare, summer day camp, etc.), you can download Year-End Statements for your taxes. 

How to view child care statements:

• Log into your account
• Scroll dow to "Records"
• Click on your desired statement
• The document will automatically download

• Log into your account
• Scroll dow to "Billing"
• Click on "Donations"
• Click "Download Tax Statement"
  
  

To login to your online account, please use the email address or phone number associated with your YMCA account. 

• To reset your password, view "I Forgot My Password."
• If you are new to the Y, view "How to Access My YMCA Account Online."
• If you need to access your account for the first time, view "How to Access My YMCA Online Account."

Forgot your password? It happens! You can reset it yourself via your email address on file at the Y or the phone number associated with the primary user on your account, or by calling or stopping by the member services desk at your preferred location. Password resets will only work for those who currently or previously utilized YMCA services.

• Locate your account using the by logging in HERE.
• Enter your email address on file at the Y or the phone number associated with the primary user on your account.
• Select "Submit”
• Enter your password. If you do not have a password or forgot yours, please select "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts on your screen.

• After our system recognizes your email or phone number, it will take you to a login page. Select "Forgot Password."

• Choose to reset your password or be sent a one-time code for a quick login

• If you are still having issues logging in, please contact the member services team at your preferred branch to have your password reset.

We're sorry to see you go!

Your membership will cancel at the end of the month.  You may enjoy full membership benefits until then. You are responsible for the current month's membership dues (drafts on the 10th) and any outstanding balances.

Cancelling your membership does not automatically cancel program registrations.
